Ingredients

1 qt. ripe persimmons
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Remove the seeds from the persimmons.
Puree.
Mix all ingredients well.
Grease baking dish or pans and pour mixture into baking pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and lightly browned for 50 to 60 minutes.
