Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 graham crackers, crushed
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. white sugar
1 large can Carnation milk
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 c. water (hot)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Make crust of graham crackers and margarine.
Line a Pyrex dish.
Mix Jell-O and water.
Put milk in large bowl; beat until creamy.
Add Jell-O, vanilla and sugar; continue beating.
Add cheese; mix well and put in crust.
Put in refrigerator; let set. Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs or powdered sugar.
