Annie'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    4 beaten eggs
    1 stick melted reduced fat butter
    2 loaves cinnamon raisin bread, cubed
    1 t. vanilla
    1 jar caramel sauce for topping
Preparation
    Boil milk; add vanilla, sugar, eggs, and butter and pour over bread.
    Bake in a well greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
    Top with caramel sauce and serve.
