Applesauce Cake(Diabetics Can Eat This Cake!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener (equals 1 c. sugar)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    6 Tbsp. raisins
    6 shelled and chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar substitute; combine soda and applesauce and add to first mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until just blended.
    Pour into nonstick 7 x 11-inch baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Cut when cool into 15 slices.
    Contains 100 calories each!
