Strawberry Shortcake Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 large prepared angel food cake

Preparation

Quarter strawberries; add a little sugar to taste and chill. Cut wedge out of top of cake; save.
Fill cake with sweetened strawberries; replace cake wedge.
Cover cake with Cool Whip; garnish cake with whole strawberries.
Makes 16 servings.
