Spaghetti Aglio E Olio(Spaghetti With Garlic And Oil) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
    salt
    fresh parsley
    fresh basil leaves
    a little oregano
    1/8 c. white wine
    a little bit of water
Preparation
    Put a large pot of water to boil.
    In the meantime, put a small saucepan on high heat.
    When it is hot, add olive oil; brown garlic lightly.
    Add red pepper flakes, herbs and spices (be careful; have lid ready because it will splatter).
    Add wine, a few spoons of water and a little salt.
    Simmer for a few minutes. When water comes to boil, drop in spaghetti and cook approximately 8 minutes or so (to taste).
