Sweet Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. pork loin
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch (add last)
1 egg

Preparation

Cut pork into 1-inch squares.
Mix and knead all of ingredients into meat.
This must be left on meat at least 1/2 hour or longer (overnight).
