Betty'S Macaroni Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 medium onion
    2/3 c. diced carrots
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 can stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. water
    dash of salt
    dash of oregano
    dash of lemon pepper
Preparation
    Microwave macaroni for 5 minutes in 1/4 cup oil.
    Turn noodles after 2 1/2 minutes.
    Chop onion, carrots and celery in small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients with water, chopped stewed tomatoes and seasonings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a large casserole dish for 40 minutes.
