Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 small can whole kernel corn
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown.
