Canachos(Appetizers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 head lettuce
2 fresh tomatoes
1 can refried beans
1 lb. cheese
1 can sliced jalapenos (if desired)
Preparation

Cut tortillas in triangles.
Chop lettuce, dice tomatoes and grate cheese.
In frying pan, heat refried beans.
Using deep fryer, fry tortillas until crispy.
Spread refried beans on each chip, then top off with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sliced jalapenos in that order.
Serve with cold beverage.
