Tender Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 lb. brisket
    garlic salt
    onion salt
    celery salt
    1/2 (6 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Line a baking pan with enough heavy-duty aluminum foil to cover and seal the brisket which has been trimmed.
    Place brisket, fat side down, on the foil.
    Sprinkle salts heavily all over brisket.
    Add liquid smoke.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    The next morning, add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Cover tightly with the foil.
    Bake at 270\u00b0 for 6 hours.
