Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 oz.) box mincemeat
Preparation

Stir dry ingredients.
Cream the butter, sugar and egg.
Break mincemeat and add to dry ingredients.
Blend with sugar mixture. Chill 2 hours in refrigerator.
Roll into walnut size balls.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400\u00b0 on greased cookie sheet.
