Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
    1 egg
    6 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine yeast in a bowl and add sugar and small amount of water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add salt, egg and remaining water. Sift flour; add half to mixture and beat well.
    Add melted butter and mix in as much flour as can be stirred with a spoon.
    Let rise and punch down.
    Cover tightly and place in refrigerator.
    Use as much as desired.
    Grease pan.
    Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Brush with butter after 15 minutes.
