All In One Camp Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    3 medium raw potatoes
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 2-inch pieces.
    Fry crisp.
    Reserve 3 tablespoons bacon grease.
    Cut potatoes into cubes.
    Saute vegetables in the bacon grease until cooked through.
    Blend the beaten eggs and seasonings into vegetables.
    Stir gently until desired doneness.
    Top with crumbled bacon.
    Serves 2.
