Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. chopped tomatoes
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped jalapeno
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation

In a large saucepan, mix all ingredients bringing to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour; pour in jars and seal.
