Lemon Chiffon Pudding(Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. lemon rind, grated
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Cream together butter and flour mixture. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
    Add yolks and milk.
    Gradually add lemon juice and rind.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry; fold in carefully.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Place in pan with 1 inch of hot water.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 6.
