Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cauliflower
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. water
2 tsp. margarine
2 tsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1/8 tsp. ground celery seed
dash of white pepper
Preparation

Boil florets until soft in 1/2 cup water.
Process in food processor or blender.
Heat margarine.
Add flour; stir in broth. Mix.
Add vegetables (rest of ingredients) and cook together. Makes 2 large servings.
