Tofu Herb Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. fresh basil, loosely packed
    1 c. fresh Italian parsley, loosely packed
    1/4 c. fresh celery leaves, loosely packed
    2 Tbsp. fresh chives
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. Silken tofu
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and chop until fine.
    Add the remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
    Yield: approximately 2 cups.
