Low-Fat Chicken Meal In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or whatever parts you desire
    3 c. no yolk egg noodles
    2 c. fresh or frozen English peas
    3 carrots, sliced (about 1 c.)
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    salt to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    1/4 c. cornstarch (cold water to dissolve)
Preparation
    Note:
    Canned peas and carrots may be substituted, 2 cans drained.
