Cherry Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. pitted sour cherries (fresh or frozen)
    6 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
    6 Tbsp. juice from cherries
    2 Tbsp. water
    6 c. drained sour cherries
    3/4 c. honey to taste
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Dissolve arrowroot powder in cherry juice and water.
    Cook until thickened, adding another cup of juice.
    Then add sour cherries, honey and almond extract.
    Let simmer 1 minute.
    Cool. Pour into baked Stir-N-Roll Pie Crust Shell.
    Place in refrigerator to chill.
    Serve with homemade ice cream or fresh grated coconut.
