Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts (boneless)
1 c. chicken broth
juice of 1 lemon
2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. capers
flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Flour chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with oil. Remove and place in shallow baking dish. Discard excess oil.
Add chicken broth and lemon juice to skillet and heat.
Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and capers. Heat in a 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
