Crustless Pumpkin Pie(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. skim evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 pkg. artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour in 9-inch pie pan sprayed with release agent.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Check for doneness after the first 45 minutes. (Some ovens may vary.)
