South Of The Border Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey (90% lean)
2 c. canned tomatoes, crushed
1 c. mild picante sauce
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. canned diced green chilies
8 cooked lasagna noodles
1 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
4 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Brown meat; drain. Add tomatoes, picante sauce, taco mix and chilies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Spread half of mixture in bottom of oblong pan. Top with half the noodles. Spread half the Ricotta cheese on noodles and top with Cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers and end with Monterey Jack cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
