Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 lb. chopped broccoli
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, saute onions in margarine until tender.
    Reduce heat; add milk, cream cheese and Velveeta cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Add broccoli.
    Microwave for 5 minutes before adding salt and pepper.
    Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
