Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. oatmeal (raw, uncooked) or bread crumbs
    1 egg or 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    chopped onion
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Press into loaf pan (8 x 4-inch).
    Bake 1 hour until juice is clear.
    Drain; let stand 5 or 10 minutes and serve.
