Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. peeled and chopped apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg and sugar until smooth.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt and stir into mixture.
    Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in buttered pie pan or 8-inch square pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve cold with whipped cream.
