Chicken Breast With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts (with or without bone)
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 soup can sherry wine
Preparation
    Arrange chicken breasts in a shallow dish so that pieces do not overlap.
    Cover with mushrooms.
    Combine undiluted mushroom soup, sherry and sour cream.
    Stir until well blended.
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    Pour soup mixture over chicken, covering.
    Dust with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Goes well over rice.
