Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, salt, syrup, vanilla and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Bake 50 more minutes, until firm.
