Sour Cream Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oleo
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. or more pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, soda and baking powder together and set aside. Cream softened oleo by hand.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat well after each.
Add milk and flour alternately; blend.
Add sour cream, bananas and nuts.
Do not overbeat.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans or tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes until it tests done with toothpick.
Very good.
