Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chunk pineapple
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. plain flour
2 c. sharp cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Drain the pineapple and save 6 tablespoons of juice.
Combine with sugar and flour.
Add cheese, pineapple and melted butter. Top with crackers.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
