Louisiana Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    two (2 lb.) fryers, cut up
    1/2 c. flour
    4 celery stalks, sliced
    3 green peppers, sliced
    2 onions, diced
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 c. water
    salt
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Remove to casserole.
    In hot drippings on medium heat, stir flour.
    Cook until brown.
    Add celery, peppers and onions.
    Cook until tender, stirring often.
    Stir in bouillon, water, salt and hot pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until tender.
