Beef In Creamy Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 lb. lean beef boneless sirloin
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    3 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    2 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
    3 c. hot cooked mostaccioli
Preparation
    Stir cornstarch into 1 cup water; reserve.
    Trim fat from beef.
    Cut beef into thin strips, about 1 1/2 x 1/2-inch.
