Marinated Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large heads broccoli
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Separate broccoli into bite size pieces in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour them over broccoli. Marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning broccoli in marinade a couple of times.
Drain and serve on platter as hors d'oeuvres.
