Cheese Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
sugar substitute to equal 2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dried whole Italian herb seasoning, crushed
1/3 c. skim milk
1/4 c. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
vegetable cooking spray
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine flours, baking powder, onion, salt, sugar substitute and Italian herb seasoning in a medium bowl.
Make a well in the center of mixture.
Combine milk, margarine and eggs.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
