Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced peaches
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. oleo
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix peaches with brown sugar and melted oleo. Place in round cake pan. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Cut in shortening. Add milk and mix well. Spoon over peaches. Bake on top rack of oven for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
