Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 qt. half and half
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff.
Add sugar, cream, half and half, vanilla, Eagle Brand and egg yolks.
Add enough milk to fill churn to fill line.
Churn according to directions. Makes 5 quarts.
