Berry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rich pie crust dough (for 8-inch double-crust pie)
    3 c. fresh or frozen berries
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Fit bottom crust into 8-inch Pyrex pie plate.
    Cover with berries.
    Mix sugar, tapioca and all of the berries.
    Drizzle lemon juice over mixture and dot with butter. Top with crust; seal and flute edges.
    Sprinkle top crust with remaining tablespoon of sugar.
    Cut steam vents.
