Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. cold water
    dash of salt
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 tsp. corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except vanilla, in 3-quart saucepan. Beat 1 minute.
    Place over medium-low heat or in double boiler and beat constantly until peaks form (7 minutes).
    Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat to consistency for spreading.
