Cold Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Moselle wine
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 whole dressed trout
Preparation
    Place wine, water, tarragon and parsley in a pan big enough for the trout.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Gently place trout in the simmering liquid and cook over a low fire for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Remove skeleton, chop into bite-size pieces, enjoy.
