Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large angel food cake
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 envelopes plain gelatin
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (9 oz.) containers Cool Whip
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Break the cake in bite-size pieces.
    Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons cold water.
    Add boiling water, pineapple, sugar, salt and lemon juice.
    Refrigerate until partly congealed.
    Fold in 1 container of Cool Whip.
    Stir in angel food cake.
    Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle coconut on top.
    Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
