Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini, in chunks or grated
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing, crumb-style
Preparation

Cook the squash and onion together in water until tender. Drain and add sour cream, soup and grated carrots.
Combine the dressing mix with the melted butter. Put half the dressing in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add the vegetables and top with the remaining dressing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
