Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled
    1 pkg. corn tortillas, quartered and soaked in chicken broth
    1 onion, sauteed in 3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tube jalapeno cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onion, soup and jalapeno cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer tortillas, chicken and cheese mixture.
    Top with Cheddar and Swiss cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Top with olives (optional).
