Old Fashioned Vegetable Soup(Makes 12 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef round, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (13 3/4 fluid oz.) can beef broth
    2 qt. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte stewed tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can Del Monte peas and carrots, drained
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed (about 1 1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. A.1. steak sauce
Preparation
    In large heavy pan, over medium-high heat, brown beef in margarine.
    Add onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in beef broth, water and celery; heat to a boil.
    Cover; simmer 1 hour.
    Add tomatoes, peas and carrots, potatoes and steak sauce, stirring to break up tomatoes.
    Simmer, covered, 30 minutes more until potatoes are done.
