Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red salmon or 8 oz. fresh, poached
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 drops hot sauce (more if you like it spicy)
    1 Tbsp. finely minced onions
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place salmon in strainer; drain thoroughly (only if using canned salmon).
    Flake salmon with fork.
    Combine all ingredients; mix until smooth.
    Chill overnight before using.
    Spread on toast points or fill rosette cups.
