Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour or 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 slices toasted bread, buttered and cubed
    28 oz. tomatoes (3/4 qt.)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Saute celery and onions in margarine.
    Add flour, sugar, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Mix well.
    Add tomatoes and cubed bread. Save enough bread crumbs to put on top.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
