Shrimp Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked shell macaroni
    3/4 lb. cooked, cleaned medium size fresh shrimp
    1 c. chopped cauliflower
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. commercial low calorie French dressing
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
    1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise substitute
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
    Drain.
    Combine macaroni and remaining ingredients; toss gently to mix.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Serve cold.
    Serving amount is 3/4 cup with 83 calories.
