Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sliced potatoes
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1 oz. butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can condensed Cheddar soup
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Top with grated cheese.
    Put back in oven until cheese is golden brown.
