Stuffed Squid(Calamari Ripieni El Forno) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large squid, cleaned
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    16 oz. tomatoes, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Clean
    squid but leave whole.
    Remove tentacles and set aside. Skin
    body of squid and remove head and insides.
    Soak in
    salt water
    and then rinse.
    Drain, wash and rinse again. In mixing bowl add eggs, breadcrumbs, 1 clove of the garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley,
    pepper
    and Parmesan cheese together to make a thick paste.
    If too thin, add a little more cheese.
