Onion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French-style bread
    5 to 7 scallions, chopped
    1/4 lb. butter, softened
Preparation
    Cut loaf lengthwise.
    Mix scallions and butter; spread on loaf.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
