Sunday Best Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    8 cloves crushed garlic
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 to 4 lb. roast (choice of cut)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roast.
    Lightly flour each side.
    Heat oil in large electric skillet.
    Add crushed garlic cloves.
    Brown roast on both sides.
    Reduce heat.
    Add onions.
    Add 2 cups of water. Cover roast.
    Cook on low heat for two hours or until done, adding water as needed.
    Serve and accept the much deserved appreciation.
